How to configure scripts?

With scripts in Python you can implement advanced functions:

• Assign chats to operators so that everyone has no more than 10 open chats.
• Inform the supervisor about chats that are not answered for a long time.
• Send your client a WhatsApp business card after a call to your company.
• Automatically check the content of messages and without sending specific data to operator, such as credit card numbers, etc.
• If necessary, you can refer to the description of scripts available in the Help section. The scripts can be written by your developers or by Chat2Desk.
