How to activate the "Write First" function?

  1. Go to Settings > Accounts.
  2. Click on the pencil image next to the WhatsApp.

  1. Put the check next to "Ability to write first".

  1. You can specify the maximum number of daily dialogs that your account can initiate. This limit is necessary to reduce the blocking of your account for spam: the bigger it is, the higher the risk of being blocked.

When the limit is reached, an error will occur when trying to write to the client first. The default value is 10 messages per day. The specified value will be the same for all channels WhatsApp is connected to.

To start a chat with a client, go to Chats section and click the Contact a new client button.

Select messenger and channel (account). Enter a client number in the Clients field (using the + sign, you can add multiple customers at once). You can immediately enter text to send, attach a file and send a message, or create an empty chat and come back to it later.

How to create mailing?

In the Mailings and Mass Operations menu item, you can mail to your current clients, as well as do operations with chats. Selection of clients for mailing or mass operations can be performed by the following criteria:

  • Customer or request tags;
  • Text in the fields of the client card, name, phone number (id) or comment on the client;
  • Client’s messenger;
  • Chat channel (account) with the client;
  • Date of the first request of the client;
  • The current operator of the chat with the client;
  • Limit the number (allows you to limit the number of affected chats);
  • Do not send to open (active) chats.

In the Calculation section, you can preliminarily calculate the number of chats selected as a result of a sample.

Text and Picture/PDF - specify the text, picture, or PDF document to be sent as part of the distribution.

What mass operations are allowed? How can I do it?

Available mass operations on chats:

  • Assign or delete client tags;
  • Mark the chats as "read";
  • Transfer chats to a specified operator or group of operators;
  • Close chats.

The selected mass operations on chats will be performed simultaneously with the mailing. If you want to perform the operation without mailing, click on the link in the corresponding section of the mass operation, for example, mark it as "read" without mailing. To view and download previous mailing lists and mass operations use section Log.
