Instagram prohibits sending messages after 24 hours from the last user's reply. Only certain type of message marked with corresponding tag are allowed:
- HUMAN_AGENT – Providing support by an operator when a customer's question cannot be resolved within the standard correspondence window.
To continue communicating with the user via Chat2Desk after 24 hours, add these tags to messages using the following markup:
- @Inst-tag <HUMAN_AGENT>@ Message Text

Please note that tag should not be used to send promotional messages, including special offers, coupons and discounts. Misuse of tag may result in a ban on sending messages.
