Account security settings

Chat2Desk offers a flexible system of access in section Settings > Security and Access Rights. Here you can:

  • specify a list of allowed ip addresses to login to the site;

  • specify which sections and functions of the service are available to operators and supervisors;
  • enable the filter of content that is allowed to be sent and received.
